When are you open?

We are open Monday to Friday 9am – 9pm, Saturday 11am – 9pm. Closed Sundays.

Cut-off for Baked Goods for same day delivery is 5pm.

Last order cut-off for same day is 7-9pm depending on how far away from Abbotsford you are.

How does this work? Like what's the process?
We care about you the most, and we communicate with you right from the start! Below is our standard procedure for processing your order, however; we are more than willing to accommodate any special requests you may have. Just let us know in the order notes, or in your reply to our first text.
  1. Place your order online and select your delivery or shipping method.   
  2. We’ll text you as soon as we start processing your order -usually within minutes- to let you know that we have received it, and to confirm your delivery time and availability. We will ask, or answer any questions at this time, or arrange for any special circumstances you may require.
    eg: Thank you for your order! We’re processing it now and we will let you know when it’s ready to go.
  3. Once your order is ready to go, we will let you know a rough ETA.
    eg: Your order is ready to go and should arrive between 7 and 8 PM. Thanks Again!
  4. When you order gets closer, we will let you know an more exact ETA.
    eg: Your order is almost there and should arrive at about 7:23 PM. In order to maintain social distancing, please be ready to meet the driver at their vehicle. Thank you.
  5. You can meet the driver at their vehicle, this is prefered to ensure successful delivery. Or you can have us leave your package somewhere, however; we will not be responsible for the package once it’s dropped off, from theft or otherwise.

Do you deliver to...

We are based out of the central Fraser Valley of BC, and we deliver from North Vancouver to Hope, BC. However our target audience is between Surrey, Maple Ridge and Chilliwack.

Delivery is cheapest in Mission and Abbotsford, and progressively costs a bit more the further out you live. Our rates start at $5 or free for orders over $20, and then go up to the most expensive delivery fee of $15, or free for orders over $200. This rate is charged for parts of Vancouver, and Hope.

Beyond that, we use Canada Post to ship to all of Canada! Next Day to most of BC, and Two Day to the majority of Canada. See Canada Post XpressPost FAQ for more information. XpressPost shipping is free for orders over $200 too!

What payment methods do you accept?

INTERAC e-Transfer is prefered, and it’s currently the only option for orders that are shipped with Canada Post.

Cash is accepted on locally delivered orders. However; due to current health concerns, please consider sending an e-Transfer instead.

Crypto Currency is now accepted!

What are your delivery zones and rates?

Our zones start in Mission, Abbotsford, and progress outwards, both East and West to Hope & North Vancouver.

Zones are based on Postal Codes, so if your postal code isn’t being caught in the right zone, just let us know! Because there are so many postal codes, it’s hard to ensure we got them all covered. Also, if you are financially unable to cover the delivery charge for your address, ask if we can work out a deal! We’re always willing to work with you to ensure your satisfaction and happiness!

Zone 1 – Mission & Abbotsford: Free Delivery

Zone 2 – Rural Mission & Abbotsford: $5 delivery fee, or free for orders over $75

Zone 3 – Langley East & Chilliwack West: $10 delivery fee, or free for orders over $100

Zone 4 – Harrison, Surrey, Coquitlam, Burnaby: $15 delivery fee, or free for orders over $150

Zone 5 – North Vancouver, Richmond, Hope: $15 delivery fee, or free for orders over $200

British Columbia: Calculated Canada Post shipping rates, or free XpressPost – Next Day shipping for orders over $200

Outside British Columbia, Canada Wide: Calculated Canada Post shipping rates, or free XpressPost – Two-Day shipping for orders over $200

Do you have a store I can visit?

Unfortunately, No. And with Covid, etc. It probably will not happen any time soon.
